NePsi23 / Bs to mumu gamma in LHCb

In this talk, we consider the decay channel \Bsmmy, from both theoretical and experimental perspectives. On the theory side, using different form factors parametrizations of the $\Bs \to \gamma$ transition, we study the differential and integrated branching fractions in the region of high invariant dimuon mass. Additionally, we consider the effective lifetime of \Bsmmy as a new observable, sensitive to non-SM-like \CP violation. Then, we turn to the status of the (uncompleted) experimental analysis at LHCb, dedicated to a search for this decay in the same kinematic region.
