Quark Matter / Prompt $\Lambda^+_c$ production and $\Lambda^+_c$/$D^0$ ratio in pPb collisions at 8.16 TeV by LHCb

Heavy flavor hadrons are sensitive probes to study the cold nuclear matter effects in pPb collisions, which act as a baseline for measurements in PbPb collisions. The charmed baryon to meson ratio, $\Lambda^+_c$/$D^0$ ratio in particular, can provide important information on the charm hadronization process in small systems. Prompt $\Lambda^+_c$ production and $\Lambda^+_c$/$D^0$ ratio are measured in pPb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}=8.16$ TeV by LHCb.
