FPCP / Measurement of gamma from tree level decays (incl. e+e- results)

The measurement of gamma (phi_3) from tree decays, as part of an overall CKM metrology campaign, is an important test of new physics because this angle can be determined with negligible theoretical uncertainties, especially in B->DK decays. This talk will review recent measurements of CP observables that are sensitive to this CKM angle, highlighting new reconstruction techniques. The prospective accuracy to which gamma may be determined will be considered in the era of Belle2 and the LHCb upgrade.
